Aprés Nail is looking for a digitally savvy, detail-oriented Senior Influencer Specialist to support our growing Influencer and Affiliate Marketing programs. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about beauty and nails, eager to build authentic creator relationships, and ready to help drive campaigns that deliver both cultural impact and measurable results.

As Senior Influencer Specialist, you’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to execute campaigns, nurture influencer and affiliate partnerships, and track performance to ensure Aprés remains at the forefront of beauty and nail culture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead influencer marketing strategies that amplify brand and product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

Scout, evaluate, and onboard influencers (from micro to macro, and even celebs) with a focus on nail expertise and authenticity • Create and manage cutting-edge campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, while keeping Aprés' accessible luxury positioning top of mind
Oversee budgets and performance tracking for influencer partnerships, ensuring maximum ROI
Use tools like Creator IQ or Upfluence to analyze campaign performance and deliver insights on EMV, engagement rates, and conversions
Collaborate with our PR and Social Media teams to seamlessly integrate influencer content across all marketing channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencer agencies, talent managers, and external partners, negotiating contracts and deliverables
Stay ahead of the curve on nail trends, social platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing • Leverage your network of influencers, talent agencies, and industry experts to create authentic, high-impact partnerships
Keep your finger on the pulse of nail conversations and trending topics on social media

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, or related digital marketing roles (internships and agency experience count).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with influencer management platforms (Creator IQ, Upfluence) and affiliate dashboards/networks (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, LTK).
Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret performance metrics such as EMV, engagement rates, conversion data, and ROI.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for influencer outreach, affiliate relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Organization: Highly detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
Negotiation & Relationship Management: Comfortable supporting contract processes, building rapport with influencers, affiliates, agencies, and talent managers.
Trend Awareness: Passion for beauty, nails, and digital culture with a sharp eye for spotting emerging trends and platform updates.
Collaboration: Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
Preferred but not required: Existing network of influencer and/or affiliate contacts within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.

Skills and Experience

Influencer campaign coordination — ability to support outreach, onboarding, and content deliverables across micro, macro, and celebrity creators.
Affiliate program support — familiarity with managing affiliate dashboards, tracking commissions, and optimizing creator-affiliate overlap.
Data analysis — comfortable using tools like Creator IQ, Upfluence, Google Analytics, or affiliate platforms to interpret EMV, engagement, and conversion data.
Communication — strong written and verbal skills for influencer outreach, affiliate negotiations, and cross-team collaboration.
Organization & project management — proven ability to manage multiple timelines, budgets, and deliverables simultaneously.
Social media & trend spotting — deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms, with an eye for nail and beauty culture trends.

The pay range for this role is:
70,000 - 75,000 USD per year(Gale)
