Strategic and Operational Plans

  • Implement the department’s operational plans and ensure their alignment with the institution’s strategic objectives, executing them according to assigned responsibilities.

Policies and Procedures

  • Provide suggestions to improve and develop the unit’s processes, procedures, and policies in accordance with the institution’s standards and ensure their proper implementation.
  • Apply and implement the policies, procedures, and systems related to Customer Service Management and Customer Happiness in accordance with assigned duties.
  • Design and document inspection-related processes and procedures as per job responsibilities.
  • Study real estate market prices and submit reports regarding area price trends.
  • Audit reports related to changes in the real estate market for new private properties and those neighboring the institution’s property portfolio, compare rental prices, and submit reports accordingly.
  • Monitor compliance with the annual inspection plan, evaluate achieved milestones and monthly results from field visits, and report accordingly.
  • Review best practices related to initiatives provided to tenants through field visits and prepare relevant reports.
  • Provide data on new real estate projects through inspections, field visits, and surveys in line with assigned duties.
  • Participate in preparing and implementing the field monitoring program to ensure that actual property occupancy aligns with agreed contractual terms.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with maintenance service providers in institutional properties to ensure the highest quality of service for tenants and submit performance reports.
  • Regularly monitor the implementation of cleaning and security services according to building requirements and assigned duties.
  • Implement recommendations aimed at enhancing tenant satisfaction and happiness as per assigned responsibilities.
  • Contribute to strengthening real estate consultancy efforts through field visits, market assessments, and submission of relevant reports.
  • Conduct on-site property visits to ensure readiness for the operational phase and report any deficiencies.
  • Follow up on the installation of institutional identity signage on all newly operational endowment properties by affixing the approved plaque and assigning a serial number to each property.
  • Participate in preparing internal presentation materials in accordance with directives and area of specialization.
  • Prepare internal presentation materials and conduct internal workshops for institutional employees to explain all provided services and procedures.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

  • Continuously develop self-knowledge and skills by participating in internal and external training courses and workshops.

  • Present innovative and creative ideas and proposals that anticipate future changes, aiming to continuously improve existing practices and support the achievement of strategic objectives while enhancing institutional service quality.

  • Support the preparation for institutional excellence awards and quality initiatives by ensuring all required excellence standards are met.

Confidentiality, Privacy, Information Security, and Safety

  • Ensure the implementation of policies that safeguard data confidentiality and privacy, and comply with the institution’s security and safety standards.
  • Employees are responsible for adhering to information security policies, procedures, and programs, and for reporting any security breaches or suspicious incidents to their direct management.

Qualifications

  • A Diploma degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the inspection field.
  • A High School certificate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the inspection field.
