Senior International Business Development Executive (US Sales)

Are you a "Closer" tired of working for 3rd party BPOs? At ABS International (Gulistan-e-Johar), we are the Principal US Business (16 Years Operational). We are not a campaign. We are the Client. We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to take over a warm pipeline and close deals for our In-House US Brand.

THE PAYCHECK (Transparency First):

• Target Earnings: Our Seniors average 120k – 160k+ Monthly (Base + Commission).
• Fixed Base Salary: PKR 60,000 – 75,000 (Based on Experience/Interview).
• Commission: Uncapped & Paid on Revenue.
• Stability: No "Campaign Closures." Your job is secure.

⚔ YOUR MISSION (The Closer's Role):

• Outreach: Execute high-level discovery calls with US Business Owners.
• Negotiate: You are not just reading a script; you are negotiating pricing and handling objections.
• Close: Get the credit card on file.

THE REQUIREMENTS (The Filter):

• Experience: 2+ Years in Outbound B2B Sales (US Market Preference).
• English: Native/Neutral accent is mandatory.
• Shift: Night Shift (06:00 PM – 02:00 AM).
• Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi.
