Senior International Sales Executive (B2B Closer) - Night Shift

ABS International (Gulistan-e-Johar) is hiring Senior Sales Executives for our Headquarters. We are not a third-party BPO. We own the business. We own the product. We need Closers who can take a lead from "Hello" to "Signed Contract."

THE OFFER:

• Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – PKR 120,000 (Fixed Base + High Commission Potential).
• Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 (Guaranteed).
• OTE (On-Target Earnings): PKR 120,000 – 150,000+.
• Stability: 16-Year US Business. No "Campaign" risks.

THE MISSION (Hunter Role):

• Prospect: Execute high-volume outreach to US C-Level Executives.
• Pitch: Move beyond "scripts." Use Consultative Selling to diagnose needs and offer solutions.
• Close: Negotiate pricing, handle hard objections, and close deals on the spot.
• Pipeline: Manage your own book of business in HubSpot/Salesforce

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 2+ Years in International Sales (Must be a Closer, not just a Setter).
• English: Native/Neutral Accent is mandatory.
• Tech: Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) is required.
• Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
