We are looking for a Senior IT Product & Growth Manager for our client operating in the entertainment industry.

This is a hybrid role between a Product Head and a Business Owner — designed for a leader who can both define strategy and execute relentlessly.

In short: you’re not just building the product — you’re building how it wins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end P&L, growth, and execution
• Lead cross-functional teams across Tech, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
• Drive product strategy, user acquisition, monetization, and retention
• Serve as the strategic and executional partner to the Founder
• Build and optimize systems for scalable growth

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates should fit at least two of the following three archetypes:

1. Gaming / Creator Ecosystem Leader

• Senior Product or Growth executive in gaming, esports, or creator tech (e.g., Twitch, Discord, StreamElements, Epic, Tencent, or regional platforms)
• Deep network across the gaming or creator ecosystem
• Understands both creator motivation and publisher economics

2. Scale-Stage Product Lead

• Hands-on senior product or growth experience
• Skilled at transitioning from product-market fit → revenue scale
• Comfortable managing cross-functional teams in startup chaos

3. Founder-Type Operator

• Ex-founder or early-stage executive from a high-intensity startup
• Action-oriented, thrives on autonomy
• Understands the pain and reward of building under pressure
