Job Title: Senior Java Developer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Immediate joiner preferred

Duration: 12 Months Extendable (Long Term with Marc Ellis)

Experience in the Exchange/Trading domain good to have

Must-Have Technical Expertise:

Experience: 10+ years exp
a. Strong Java (11+) with concurrency & multithreading
b. Kafka or Azure Event Hub - real-time event streaming
c. JVM tuning and low-latency GC knowledge
d. Building distributed, highly available systems
e. CI/CD experience (Maven, Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps)

Top 3 Tools/Platforms Candidates Must Be Hands-On With

Apache Kafka (or Azure Event Hub):
For messaging and event-driven architectures.
Git + Maven + CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps):
For version control, builds, and deployment pipelines.
Java 11+ with strong understanding of JVM internals:
Including Garbage Collection tuning, threading, and low-latency performance optimization.
