We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Supervisor to oversee large-scale projects, manage multiple crews, and support our nursery operations.

Position Summary

The Senior Landscape Supervisor is responsible for leading landscape teams, ensuring project quality, coordinating with the nursery, and overseeing all aspects of field operations. This position requires advanced horticultural knowledge, strong leadership abilities, and significant experience managing both people and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple landscape installation and maintenance crews
• Ensure high-quality workmanship, plant health, and project efficiency
• Coordinate closely with nursery staff to select, stage, and maintain plant materials
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew leaders and field staff
• Design and calculate BOQ for the required site
• Review and interpret landscape plans, designs, and project specifications
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, materials, and labor usage
• Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and management regarding project progress
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards and company protocols are followed
• Operate and oversee use of landscape equipment and machinery
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance management of crew members

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional landscaping experience (installation and/or maintenance)
• 2+ years in a supervisory or crew leadership role
• Strong understanding of horticulture, plant identification, and nursery practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Skilled in reading landscape blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license required

Preferred Skills

• Experience with landscape construction, irrigation, and hardscape projects
• Knowledge of nursery operations, plant care, and inventory management
