How will you make an impact in this role?
This exciting role will be part of the team managing the Incentives administration process for Global Servicing teams for American Express. The individual’s responsibility will be to learn and manage the accurate and timely delivery of monthly incentives processing and reports supporting monthly delivery. This position requires extensive interaction with Business and other stakeholders. The candidate needs to have a sound business acumen along with good analytical and interpersonal skills. The core responsibilities of the individual will include but not be limited to the following.
Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate monthly incentive calculation for Global servicing and / or Travel & Lifestyle colleagues
Maintain completeness and accuracy of all incentive inputs including exceptions
Execute end-to-end incentive processing including data validation and reporting
Ensure monthly incentives are calculated as per the defined policy guidelines
Ensure strict adherence to control and compliance and related policies
Manage SOP updates and maintain process documentation and record retention
Manage and resolve inquiries received via email or Inquiry Tool within defined timeframes
Perform monthly reconciliation and reporting activities
Support audits, internal control and compliance review
Ascertain stakeholder and leadership expectations quickly thereby ensuring seamless and quality delivery
Maintain tracker of data issues and document and categorize errors for trend tracking
Refresh data in dashboards and generate recurring standard reports and validate data accuracy
Partner with automation team on annual cut-offs and payroll alignment
Track and analyze DIA inquiries to identify improvement areas
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2 – 4 years of experience in any domain
Incentives domain understanding preferred
Key Skills
Strong written & verbal communication skills in English
Excel and Advanced Excel knowledge required
Analytical and problem-solving skills with strength in accuracy & strong attention to detail in a high output & speed environment
Ability to work with stakeholders across different geographical locations
