Your Responsibilities:

Managing the entire lifecycle of commercial agreements, from initial drafting and meticulous review to negotiation and finalization

Covering both customer and vendor relationships within the complex logistics ecosystem, ensuring all contracts align with business goals and mitigate industry-specific risks
-
Acting as a proactive legal partner to diverse stakeholders and end-users across the organization, providing timely, actionable guidance on a wide array of legal issues

Identifying nuanced legal risks inherent in logistics operations, analyzing potential impacts on the business, and formulating pragmatic solutions
-
Ensuring legal strategies efficiently align with core business objectives while strictly minimizing legal and financial exposure
-
Focus areas include navigating complex laws and regulations pertaining to logistics and transportation, staying current on all local and international compliance standards

Providing counsel on general corporate governance, consumer protection statutes, and e-commerce compliance as they apply to the company’s operations
-
Managing diverse corporate matters, including the comprehensive review and negotiation of a variety of transaction documents

Handling critical financial and structural agreements such as share subscription agreements, shareholding agreements, and share purchase agreements during corporate transactions
-
Coordinating seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams to embed legal compliance into every business function and initiative
-
Overseeing and managing the legal team's workflow and output, strategically allocating resources to meet business demands effectively

Continuously assessing current legal practices to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement
-
Championing the identification and implementation of process improvements, automations, and efficiencies to streamline legal operations and enhance overall departmental output and speed

Experience And Qualifications:

Law Graduate/ LL.B with 6 - 9 years of relevant post-qualification experience

Sector experience in logistics preferred

Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication (both verbal and written) skills
