Overview:

Seeking an experienced attorney with 15–20 years of proven expertise in litigation and contract law, and at least 2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will handle complex commercial agreements, dispute resolution, and compliance matters related to energy and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and partnership agreements.
  • Manage active and potential litigation cases and coordinate with external counsel.
  • Advise executive leadership on legal strategy, risk management, and renewable energy compliance.
  • Support the development of container-based Ai and renewable energy projects and related ventures.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice.
  • 15–20 years of litigation and contract experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy or infrastructure law.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with pragmatic business judgment.
  • Technologically proficient and AI-savvy, with an understanding of emerging AI-related legal and operational considerations.
