THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Litigation Paralegal & Legal Assistant to support the firm’s two owners in managing a small but highly active docket of personal injury litigation cases (typically 20–40 matters).

This is a unique position designed for a seasoned litigation professional who can independently handle every stage of PI litigation while also performing key legal assistant and administrative functions that keep two high-level attorneys organized, informed, and operating efficiently.

Because this role supports the firm’s executive leadership, the ideal candidate must be:

• Highly experienced in personal injury litigation from filing through trial
• Detail-driven, organized, and proactive
• Strong with clients and comfortable managing sensitive, fast-moving matters
• Skilled at balancing multiple demands, deadlines, and communication streams
• Able to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and keep cases on track

ABOUT YOU

We want to hear from you if you have 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience and have truly mastered the role. You should be confident preparing and answering written discovery, drafting complaints, managing service, summarizing medical records, preparing case evaluation and facilitation summaries, writing witness/exhibit lists, monitoring deadlines, and effectively guiding clients through the litigation process.

You keep all the plates spinning and make it look effortless. You leave nothing undone. You take ownership, communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and stay composed even on chaotic days. You love challenges, and you love checking things off your list.

LOCATION

• Southfield, Michigan
• In-office (hybrid work may be approved after first 90 days)

WORK SCHEDULE

• Full time, Monday- Friday
• Occasional after-hours work may be required for trial prep or urgent litigation deadlines

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
