Your Job:
The Senior Manager, eCommerce Merchandising, is an expert in digital commerce who is responsible for bringing our product to life online. You will be responsible for optimizing the customer’s discovery and selection of these products through optimized and personalized journeys. As part of the North America eCommerce team, you’ll lead a team of merchandisers to set strategies and roadmaps that ensure impactful execution of growth initiatives to achieve eCommerce goals. Blending the art and science of digital merchandising, you will balance our brand and merchandising vision with a data-driven mindset to optimize the customer's site experience, bringing key product initiatives to life through merchandising and compelling on-site marketing.
You should be a self-starter with immense curiosity and strong analytical skills as well as robust experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to work as a high-impact contributor and lead a team of merchandisers in a highly collaborative and data conscious environment. In this role, you are directly contributing to the company’s success by identifying, crafting, and analyzing solutions to our site experience across site merchandising, personalization, product discovery, and revenue. Your work will help ensure that Brooks Running’s Digital customer experience illustrates the “why” to the runner, ultimately driving runner engagement, conversion
Compensation:
The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is 124,186 - 198,739 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
