Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Performance & Growth Marketing to own digital acquisition strategy, execution, and optimization across paid and organic channels.
In this role, you’ll manage a $2M annual media budget, oversee our agency partner, and lead programs that generate qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue through direct purchase via e-commerce. You’ll combine analytical rigor with creative testing to scale growth efficiently — partnering with Brand, Demand Gen, and Marketing Ops to connect spend to full-funnel results.
This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who can operate autonomously, present insights to senior leadership, and optimize performance across a complex B2B buyer journey.

Base pay range: $150,000 - $170,000 (based on relevant experience).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Performance Strategy & Budget Management
  • Own the annual digital performance plan, including forecasting, spend allocation, and ROI targets across paid search, social, display, retargeting, and SEO.
  • Manage a $2M annual media budget, ensuring efficient spend and strong CAC performance.
  • Partner with Finance and Marketing Leadership to align forecasts and monthly pacing.
  • Set channel-level KPIs and targets for pipeline and revenue contribution, CAC, and ROAS.
Execution & Optimization
  • Manage our digital agency responsible for paid media execution (Google, Meta, programmatic).
  • Partner closely with the Brand & Campaign team to adapt creative for paid performance.
  • Oversee campaign setup, testing, and continuous optimization to drive conversions.
  • Manage landing page testing and conversion optimization in partnership with Web/UX.
  • Analyze and report performance weekly, highlighting wins, earnings, and optimizations.
Attribution & Reporting
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to maintain accurate funnel attribution models across digital touchpoints.
  • Build dashboards that visualize performance across awareness, lead gen, and pipeline stages.
  • Present campaign results and insights in monthly and quarterly C-level reviews.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops and RevOps on lead quality, velocity, and ROI.
Forecasting & Insights
  • Own channel-level forecasting — projecting lead volume, CAC, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
  • Continuously refine forecasts based on actuals and conversion rate trends.
  • Use data to influence media mix decisions and future investment strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
In this role, you will partner with:
  • Brand & Campaign – for creative direction and messaging.
  • Demand Gen / ABM – for audience alignment and pipeline visibility.
  • Marketing Ops – for attribution, CRM hygiene, and reporting accuracy.
  • Product Marketing – for campaign positioning and proof points.
  • Support leadership with digital insights during board or C-suite reviews.
Minimum Requirements
  • 8–10 years in performance, digital, or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven success managing multi-channel paid programs (search, social, display, retargeting, SEO).
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets ($2–5M+), and reporting on ROI.
  • Strong analytical mindset; advanced in Excel or BI tools for forecasting and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar MAP/CRM platforms.
  • Collaborative, organized, and comfortable presenting directly to senior executives.
