  • Implementation of Procurement process and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Source and evaluate vendors for Uniforms, Facilities Management services, 3 PL warehousing, Office Catering, Travel Desk Services, Security & Surveillance, AC/HVAC systems, Employee engagement activities, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Irregular Operation Vendors (IROPS), Lounge, White Goods, Furniture etc.
  • Identify cost saving opportunities and support continuous improvement in procurement process.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement goals.
  • Risk and Compliance Management.
  • Internal, External & Statutory Audits.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with business teams.
  • Meeting with internal stake holders and vendors to discuss problem areas in goods or services and determine corrective action to improve overall customer satisfaction index.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and innovations.
  • Maintain vendor performance records and conduct periodic evaluations.
  • Quality Management, assurance and control for employee uniforms.
  • Design and implement the Supplier Quality Score Card.
  • Assist warehouse Quality Inspection Team for material clearance as per the agreed timelines.
  • Support New launches

Educational Qualification - Graduate Engineer preferably Electronics/Electrical + MBA / Post-Graduate/ Diploma in Supply Chain & Material Management.

Professional Qualification/knowledge - Should have basic knowledge of SAP, ARIBA, GST and Procurement processes.

Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years 14+ Yrs. in Procurement/Supply chain Process. IT skills - MS Office, Excel and Advanced Excel Skills, SAP MM Module, ARIBA (P2P & S2P) Additional / Desirable

  • Should have worked on SAP MM Module and E-Sourcing Tools.
  • Should have strong knowledge of Procurement processes and tools.
  • Should have a good understanding of Contractual and legal terms/clause.
  • Understanding of textile products and industry.
