To provide and implement a strategic delivery plan that ensure Saadiyat Grove is continually recognized as the smartest tech enabled district
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

Digital Community Adoption & Delivery Lead
is responsible for providing strategic leadership and tactical management for all hardware and software required at Saadiyat Grove. The role enables maximum operational efficiency, an enhanced user experience on a framework of system security. An experienced and innovative leader that will thrive on discovery, develop solutions and implement the smart systems required for Saadiyat Grove.

The role provides and implements a forward-thinking digital strategy that ensures Saadiyat Grove is recognized as the most connected, intelligent, and people-centric district in the region, fully aligned with Grove’s vision and mission of creating sustainable, community-driven smart living.

It requires collaboration across departments, driving a culture of innovation, teamwork, and excellence with every digital initiative to enhance both operational efficiency and resident experience.

As an ambassador for Saadiyat Grove you will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of each smart system’s functionality, integration, and purpose, with the ability to effectively utilize the systems to optimize operational performance and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Aligned with the Groups Digital Futures team define and
implement a ‘Smart Systems’ strategic plan and roadmap
that clearly demonstrates the digital related requirements for Saadiyat Grove
-
Implement a
security policy and protocol
that reflect Group Policy to protect the network infrastructure and operating systems from any breaches or cyber attacks
-
Ensure all systems and related activities are
compliant
with statutory obligations, Company Policy and operating to internationally recognised standards
-
Collaborate with the Saadiyat Grove leadership teams to
align digital initiatives
with their operational needs
-
Work closely with the Company Group Digital Future Strategy
to remain aligned with current trends
, focusing on creating a hospitality-inspired living experience
-
Lead cross-functional teams and 3rd party suppliers
to deliver seamless digital experiences, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction among users
-
Represent Saadiyat Grove
on the development and deployment of digital platforms and applications proposed by the Group Digital Future Strategy, ensuring they are user-friendly, innovative, and meet the needs of our communities

Utilise data and analytics to measure and report
on the success of digital initiatives and make informed decisions
-
Stay abreast of industry trends
and emerging technologies to ensure our digital solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive
-
Ensure operational staff
effectively adopt and utilise the digital systems
-
Monitor and log all issues and bugs
, prioritize them based on impact, and escalate for resolution.
-
Represent Saadiyat Groves operational needs for all
system developments
-
In collaboration with the Group Digital Future Strategy, implement a
development road map for continuous improvement
-
Implement a
governance group approval process
for any new updates or introductions to Saadiyat Grove
-
Provide all necessary
support, documentation and training
directly or through the system provider to ensure effective use and delivery of any smart solution
-
Lead on the
procurement of all systems
required at
-
The Grove. Supporting the Group Digital Future

Strategy as and when required
-
Conduct
regular audits on suppliers to maintain the securit
y, performance and reliability of all digital systems
-
Regularly
monitor financial performance
against service charge and other budgets under direct control
-
Assist with the
formulation of the annual budget
by setting operational budgets and preparing cost forecasts for smart systems
-
Be
an ambassador for Saadiyat Grove
and actively contribute to events, activations and tasks that promote the district

Qualification:
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Design or a related field.
-
Advanced degree preferred.
-
Advanced understanding network infrastructure, cyber security and data analysis.
-
Proven experience in delivering digital native experiences across multiple devices and platforms
-
Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies and product delivery
-
Prior experience in delivering B2C digital experiences,
-
particularly in a community or hospitality setting
-
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross functional teams.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and excellence in digital experiences.

SAFE, Scrum & Product Certification
-
Understanding of JavaScript Frameworks Node.js, Next.js, Vue.js,
-
Serverless software and infrastructure architecture
-
Digital service management skillset i.e jira, motion …etc
