Senior Manager – Security (Foreign Protocol & Govt Liaison)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a retired Major, Lt Colonel with proven experience in handling foreign security management. The ideal candidate will have dealt with foreign delegations in Pakistan, including managing protocol, stay, security, and coordinating with government and intelligence/security agencies for necessary permissions. This is a senior strategic role requiring leadership in security operations across both corporate and plant environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive security strategies and policies across company & plant.

Manage and oversee all aspects of security operations, including personnel, facilities, and information.

Maintain proactive coordination and liaison with government security agencies, law enforcement bodies, and regulatory authorities.

Lead foreign security management, ensuring the protection of foreign visitors, employees, and assets.

Assess and mitigate risks associated with physical security, cybersecurity, and emergency response.

Plan and conduct security audits, drills, and training programs to ensure preparedness.

Investigate security breaches or incidents and report findings with recommended corrective actions.

Provide strategic advice to senior management regarding emerging security threats and recommended solutions.

Requirements:

MBA from a reputed university

Minimum 12 years of experience in security leadership roles

Proven track record of managing foreign delegation security in Pakistan

Strong liaison with law enforcement and intelligence agencies

Remuneration: market Competitive salary, Car, Fuel and other benefits

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
