Senior Manager - Strategy & Planning

Our client is a dynamic holding group shaping the future of key sectors in the UAE and they are looking for a Strategy & Planning Senior Manager who will lead the strategic engine of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design & drive the Group’s 1–5 year strategy, aligned with national priorities
• Set & monitor KPIs across 10+ portfolio companies — turning data into action
• Lead transformation programs (digital, operational, governance) with C-suite impact
• Build executive dashboards, board papers, and decision-ready insights
• Coordinate across HR, Finance, IT, Legal & portfolio CEOs to unlock synergies

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in corporate strategy, consulting (BCG/McKinsey/Kearney/PwC/EY), or investment groups in a strategy role.
• Proven experience in holding companies or large conglomerates
• Master’s degree (MBA/MSc preferred) + strong financial modelling & PowerPoint skills
• Ability to influence C-suite leaders, manage complexity, and deliver under pressure
