Position Summary...

What you'll do...

This position acts as the strategic glue that keeps the network organization aligned and moving forward. Serving as a chief-of-staff–type function for SVP and VP leadership, the role owns critical workstreams and projects that drive network performance and innovation. Anticipated travel for this role is up to 20%. What You’ll Do

• Drive AI Enablement and Implementation: Lead initiatives to integrate AI capabilities across network operations and ensure successful adoption.
• Develop and Execute Workstreams: Own end-to-end delivery of key projects and workstreams that support network strategy.
• Shape and Implement Strategy: Partner with leadership to define strategic priorities and translate them into actionable plans.
• Lead Governance and Transformation Efforts: Facilitate governance forums and guide transformation initiatives to align with organizational goals.
• Optimize Operations: Analyze data, identify trends, and ensure strong operational performance.
• Create Impactful Deliverables: Develop whitepapers, presentations, and other materials to communicate insights and drive decision-making.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
