Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for ERP, application development, BI, and related services.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending events, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, healthcare, and finance.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT heads, and other decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs, lead client presentations, and drive contract negotiations.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM entries.
  • Stay current on SAP and Oracle product roadmaps, licensing models, and competitor offerings.
  • Attend industry events and represent the company in conferences and webinars.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in Enterprise Solutions, ERP, and enterprise IT services.
  • Strong understanding of main ERPs (including SAP and Oracle solutions), application development, and BI tools.
  • Strong understanding of professional services market and solutions market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise solution environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient with CRM software, ERPs, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Team leading abilities.
