Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for ERP, application development, BI, and related services.

Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending events, and leveraging existing contacts.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, healthcare, and finance.

Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT heads, and other decision-makers.

Collaborate with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Respond to RFPs/RFIs, lead client presentations, and drive contract negotiations.

Maintain and update sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM entries.
-
Stay current on SAP and Oracle product roadmaps, licensing models, and competitor offerings.
-
Attend industry events and represent the company in conferences and webinars.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in Enterprise Solutions, ERP, and enterprise IT services.

Strong understanding of main ERPs (including SAP and Oracle solutions), application development, and BI tools.

Strong understanding of professional services market and solutions market.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise solution environments.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficient with CRM software, ERPs, and Microsoft Office tools.

Team leading abilities.
