Role
Senior Managing Consultant responsible for driving revenue for the Saudi Arabia business. Partner with a large team who works with account teams and clients, ensuring effective delivery of all engagements across the markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the in region sales strategy and direct all business development activities with direct revenue responsibility.
- Deliver against aggressive sales goals.
- Act as a player coach, traveling extensively to support the selling process and coach the team.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers at senior levels.
- Communicate and influence as a compelling presenter to senior client audiences and influence large deals.
- Apply problem solving and analytics skills to influence internal stakeholders and customers with fact based thinking.
- Serve as the face of Services to senior level client stakeholders, including C suite.
- Partner with leadership to develop a plan for Services to support strategic imperatives.
- Facilitate implementation of strategies, linking customer needs and resources.
- Build, recruit, manage, develop, and coach a team responsible for each customer's business opportunities to increase revenue, share, and volume.
- Work closely with product, advisors, consulting services, and finance teams to drive and track delivery and revenue.
- Translate objectives into key hypotheses and structure work for large or complex projects or ill defined problems.

- Deep understanding of Advisor value propositions with a thoughtful approach to executing against a defined territory.
- Commercial drive, building and monetizing senior client relationships based on empathy, thought leadership, and subject matter expertise.
- Strong consulting and/or data driven solution selling background.
- Strong networker across relevant stakeholder base, listening, building common ground, and influencing to advance business opportunities and generate revenues.
- Proven track record of progressively complex sales and strategic account management experience within the financial services sector; payments industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in account management.
- Revenue management and P&L experience.
- Conflict resolution experience.
- Goal setting, along with strategic planning and succession planning experience.
- Top level sales skills internally and, combined with strong negotiation capabilities required for large deals.
