What We're Looking For

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven marketing experience in a luxury hotel, lifestyle or travel environment in the UAE.
• Strong verbal and written communication with fluency in Russian (native) and English.
• In depth understanding of the Russian consumer mindset and evolving digital marketing trends across the Russian Federation and CIS regions.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns spanning social, digital, media and strategic partnerships with measurable impact.
• Strong project management and analytical skills, with creative problem solving and ownership of all assigned duties.
• Passion, precision and a true "FIVER" culture driven performer.
• Hands on attitude and a "can do" spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic, market specific campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and conversions in Russia and CIS region showcasing FIVE's distinctive luxe lifestyle.
• Collaborate with Brand, Digital and Performance Marketing Teams to localize global campaigns ensuring tone, visuals and messaging resonate authentically with Russian speaking audiences.
• Identify and manage premium partnerships and collaborations with travel agencies, influencers and brand partners amplifying FIVE's regional presence.
• Oversee social media communication and paid content performance for Russian audiences working with the Digital Marketing Team guaranteeing maximum impact.
• Produce detailed creative briefs and coordinate development of campaign assets, translations and market specific visuals that capture the unmistakable "vibe at FIVE."
• Evaluate campaign ROI, analyze audience insights and implement strategic optimizations to enhance engagement and performance.
• Support creation and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches and destination events across FIVE and The Pacha Group ensuring bold storytelling and seamless execution.
• Ensure all marketing content and messaging align with FIVE's premium positioning, elevated tone and high performance brand DNA.
