What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor'sDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  
• A proven trackrecord of 2-3 years in a Marketing Role in a Luxury Hotel, Lifestyle or Travelenvironment in the UAE.
  
• Impeccablecommunication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in Russian (native)and English.
  
• Possesses anin-depth Understanding of the Russian consumer mindset and evolving DigitalMarketing trends across the Russian Federation and the Commonwealth ofIndependent States (CIS) regions.
  
• Demonstratesproven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns - spanning Social,Digital, Media, and Strategic Partnerships - that drive measurable impact.
  
• Strong ProjectManagement and Analytical Skills, with the ability to find creative solutions,while taking Ownership of all duties and tasks assigned.

KeyResponsibilities

• Leadsdynamic, market-specific campaigns designed to Drive awareness, engagement, andconversions from the Russia and CIS region, showcasing FIVE's distinctive Luxelifestyle.
  
• Collaborateswith Brand, Digital, and Performance Marketing Teams to localise Global Campaigns,ensuring tone, visuals, and messaging resonate authentically withRussian-speaking audiences.
  
• Identifiesand manages Premium partnerships and collaborations with Travel Agencies,Influencers, and Brand Partners, amplifying FIVE's regional presence andcurated appeal.
  
• OverseesSocial Media Communication and Paid Content Performance for Russian audiencesin collaboration with the Digital Marketing Team, guaranteeing maximum impactand 'FIVE-Styled' visibility.
  
• Producesdetailed Creative Briefs and coordinates the development of Campaign Assets,Translations, and Market-Specific Visuals that capture the unmistakable 'Vibeat FIVE.'
  
• EvaluatesCampaign Return On Investment (ROI), analyses audience insights, and implementsstrategic optimisations to Enhance Engagement and Performance.
  
• Supportsthe creation and execution of Seasonal Campaigns, Product Launches, andDestination Events across FIVE and The Pacha Group, ensuring Bold storytellingand Seamless execution.
