Duties

  • Lead the creation and management of content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and other collateral that align with brand messaging.
  • Oversee SEO and performance marketing efforts to improve organic search rankings and maximize ROI on paid campaigns such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
  • Develop CRM workflows for multiple internal companies to serve their individual markets, adapting the automations for each company's unique brand voice and vision.
  • Manage multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics to track performance and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new offerings, ensuring alignment with overall branding goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Attend several trade shows per year to generate leads and increase market presence
  • Monitor budgets for all marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while achieving campaign objectives.
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics to measure success metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, GoHighLevel CRM, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with advertising sales strategies across print advertising, digital platforms, and e-commerce channels.
  • Skilled in content marketing creation including copywriting tailored for B2B audiences and product promotion.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns and nurture leads effectively.
  • Ability to manage performance marketing campaigns on Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other paid media channels.
  • Excellent research skills combined with analytical thinking to interpret data insights into actionable plans.
  • Competence in budgeting for large-scale campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Strong sales acumen with experience supporting sales teams through integrated marketing initiatives.
