About the Role

Google is seeking a Senior Marketing Production Manager to lead end-to-end production of high-impact marketing content, including 2D print, retail displays, and physical marketing assets. In this role, you will manage complex creative projects, drive technical and creative vision, and partner closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

You will blend strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on production expertise to create content that meets business goals across multiple product areas. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates challenges, and brings innovative solutions to production and content execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full production lifecycle for marketing content—from concept to execution to launch.
  • Develop the production roadmap, proposing innovative solutions to complex creative or technical challenges.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage third-party agencies, vendors, and fabrication partners.
  • Drive creative and technical direction for content, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign goals.
  • Establish and improve production processes, templates, style guidelines, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, engineering, marketing) to influence project direction.
  • Conduct interviews, reviews, and evaluations to ensure creative and production quality across disciplines.
  • Uphold inclusive team practices and foster psychological safety during cross-functional collaborations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in 2D print production and/or 3D point-of-purchase (POP) display development.
  • Experience with consumer electronics in a design agency or corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects, budgets, and schedules.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing, materials, fabrication, and print production workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced vendor and stakeholder management experience, including negotiating complex deliverables.
  • Ability to contribute to long-term production strategy and process improvement.
  • Strong operational skill set, including budget tracking and familiarity with procurement tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving ability in high-ambiguity environments.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $95.00 per hour
