Senior Material Purchase Executive- Footwear Experience Only

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely availability of materials required for operations. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, vendor management experience, and good knowledge of purchase processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and finalize reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Request and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Create and process purchase orders as per approved requirements.
• Coordinate with the stores, production, and accounts teams to ensure material availability.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor agreements.
• Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery of goods and materials.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and standards.
• Track purchase-related invoices and support the accounts team with documentation.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve procurement processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchase operations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
• Good analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
