Senior Mechanic

• Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machinery, vehicles, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose complex mechanical issues using tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical knowledge.
• Oversee and guide junior mechanics/technicians during repair and servicing tasks.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Ensure proper installation, alignment, and testing of mechanical components.
• Maintain records of repairs, service history, and daily work reports.
• Inspect machinery and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Identify worn-out or faulty parts and coordinate for replacements.
• Ensure correct usage of tools, equipment, and workshop resources.
• Support breakdown maintenance and provide quick solutions to minimize downtime.
• Follow company maintenance schedules and SOPs strictly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop or site area.
• Assist in training new or junior team members.
