Role Purpose
To manage and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The Senior Site Construction Engineer plays a vital role in coordinating resources, solving technical challenges, and leading site teams to achieve successful project delivery.
Key Accountabilities

Supervise daily construction activities and ensure proper execution according to approved drawings and specifications.

Plan and coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and other departments to ensure smooth work progress.

Review shop drawings, method statements, and construction schedules to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Monitor resources (labor, materials, equipment) on-site and ensure optimal utilization.

Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies.

Address technical issues and site constraints promptly to avoid delays or quality compromises.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and submit them to project stakeholders.

Participate in project meetings and provide technical input to resolve site-related challenges.

Coordinate inspections with consultants and respond to site queries (RFIs) as needed.

Support project closeout by ensuring punch lists, as-built drawings, and handover documentation are completed.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related discipline.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in site construction, with exposure to large-scale projects.

Strong understanding of construction methods, project execution, and technical drawings.

Solid knowledge of construction materials, codes, and safety standards.

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site tasks simultaneously.
