Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Media Buyer, based in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The Senior Media Buyer will be responsible for planning and executing effective media buying strategies, managing advertising budgets, researching and selecting appropriate media platforms, and negotiating rates and placements with media vendors. They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with the company's target audience and objectives while continuously analyzing performance metrics to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Media Planning and Media Buying to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns
• Strong Analytical Skills and a strategic mindset to evaluate media performance and optimize strategies
• Expertise in Media Strategy and the ability to align media initiatives with business goals
• Excellent Communication skills for negotiating with media vendors and reporting campaign results to stakeholders
• Familiarity with digital and traditional media channels as well as industry tools and trends
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• Proven experience in a media buying or planning role, preferably in real estate or a related industry
