Senior Motion Graphic Artist

Relevant Years of Experience: 3-9 years

Work Location: Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon

Education Criteria: Fulltime Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Degree in Animation will be preferred.

• Must have a solid Animation/ design portfolio

• Creating storyboards that depict the script and narrative

• Drawing in 2D to create sketches, artwork or illustrations and building up accurate detailed frame-by-frame visuals.

• Designing models, backgrounds, sets, characters, objects and the animation environment.

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to develop the creative direction, design methodology, strategy, creative execution, animation, and technical requirements.

• Demonstrates expertise and acts as a reference point in standard interactive Animation, Graphic design and compositing

• Strong vfx , Motion Graphics , 2D/3D Compositing skills will be a plus

• Experience in classical animation and knowledge in any software related to that is preferred.

• Developing the timing and pace of the movements of a character or object during the sequence of images and ensuring they follow the soundtrack and audio requirements.

• Deliver training, provide coaching and support to fellow team members

• Participate in ideation and conceptual development

• Work with Creative Leads, Visual Designers, and 2D/3D compositing Artists and Developers to create animation that meet client specifications.

• Should be able to Communicate and explain creative ideas, design rationale, both verbally and visually to the client.

Tools:

• Mandatory: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After FX, Premiere

• Nice to Have: 3D Max/Maya, Adobe Audition, Nuke, Fusion
