Senior Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to lead our creative team, producing visually compelling animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns. This is a leadership role that combines creative vision with team management.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of motion graphic designers and animators.
• Develop, plan, and execute motion graphics, animated videos, and visual content for campaigns, social media, and client projects.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and strategy teams to translate ideas into visually engaging storytelling.
• Ensure high quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with trends, techniques, and best practices in motion graphics, animation, and digital design.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, or related roles; agency experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling, design, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
