Position Title: Senior Odoo Developer
Location: Dubai, UAE (Preferred candidates from India are welcome to apply)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month

About the Role

As part of our digital transformation strategy, we are upgrading our ERP infrastructure to enhance automation, integration, and efficiency across all business operations. We are seeking a skilled and visionary Odoo Developer to lead the development and optimization of our ERP ecosystem—helping shape the technological backbone of our growing enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and maintain Odoo modules for Fleet Management, HR, CRM, Finance, and Operations.
• Customize workflows and implement automation to improve efficiency.
• Develop both frontend (UI/UX) and backend logic using Python, XML, and QWeb.

Requirements Gathering & Solution Design

• Collaborate with department heads to analyze business requirements.
• Translate functional needs into scalable, technical solutions.

Workflow Optimization & Reporting

• Develop dashboards, KPI trackers, and analytical reports for management.
• Continuously improve usability and overall system experience.

System Integration

• Integrate Odoo with GPS systems, HRMS, payment gateways, and other third-party platforms.
• Ensure data consistency, synchronization, and performance optimization.

Performance, Security & Compliance

• Maintain high coding standards and optimize system performance.
• Implement strong data protection, access control, and regular backup processes.

Support, Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and post-deployment support.
• Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, architecture, and version changes.
• Stay updated with Odoo community developments and emerging technologies.

Candidate Profile

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Odoo Certification (preferred).

Technical Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of proven Odoo ERP development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, Git, and Docker environments.
• Deep understanding of Odoo’s frontend and backend architecture.

Preferred Background

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or service-based industries.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure).

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
