Senior Officer - Fleet Sales

Responsibilities
- Support the B2B sales team in managing customer accounts and coordinating sales operations.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, proposals, and contracts for corporate and government clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, registration, and insurance) to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries and documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining high service standards.
- Follow up on payments, delivery schedules, and pending documentation.
- Maintain sales reports, dashboards, and order tracking for management review.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to support strategic decisions.
- Assist in organizing customer test drives, product demonstrations, and sales events.
- Ensure all RFPs, contracts, and deals are documented accurately and as per company policy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive B2B sales, preferably in commercial vehicles, fleet sales, or leasing within the UAE.
- Strong coordination skills with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and aftersales.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and support sales executives in achieving targets.
- Skilled in preparing and reviewing tenders, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Proficient in analyzing sales data, tracking performance, and preparing management reports.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
