Job Summary:
The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage (F&B) operations, ensuring excellence in service quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to company policies and standards. This leadership role includes managing multi-brand restaurant operations, optimizing profitability, fostering a motivated team, and ensuring compliance with budgets, hygiene standards, and legal requirements. The role also involves staying ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Brand Operations: Manage and drive all aspects of operations across multiple restaurant brands.
- Quality & Hygiene: Ensure all F&B outlets meet established standards for quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
- Profitability Monitoring: Analyse outlet profitability, identify problem areas, and implement corrective measures to optimize performance.
- Financial Accountability: Oversee full P&L for F&B operations, ensuring revenue targets and budgeted forecasts are achieved.
- Guest Experience: Address guest complaints, requests, and feedback promptly while supporting operations teams to maintain high service standards.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor trends and identify opportunities for innovation in equipment, service methods, and product presentation.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the preparation of annual business, sales, and marketing plans, aligning goals with broader company objectives.
- Meetings & Reporting: Attend F&B and operations meetings and lead daily operational reviews to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce F&B-related programs, policies, and procedures to maintain company standards.
- Cost Control: Adhere to established expense budgets, ensuring cost control measures are in place.
- Team Development: Train and mentor team members, conduct performance appraisals, and create development and succession plans.
- Leadership: Drive team performance through coaching, motivation, and creating a culture of excellence.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to hygiene standards, legal requirements, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with previous F&B Gulf countries experience .
- Self-motivated leader with a dynamic and energetic personality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and openness to new ideas and innovations.
- Professional integrity and commitment to guest and team satisfaction.
- In-depth local market knowledge and awareness of the latest F&B trends.
- Well-connected with key influencers and decision-makers in Dubai.

- Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
