Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale high-budget campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video. The ideal candidate has a strong performance marketing background, can work independently, and knows how to deliver measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video.
- Develop strategies focused on improving ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
- Perform advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns daily through bidding strategies, negative keywords, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Manage and scale high-budget accounts ($50K+/month) with a focus on cost efficiency.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions, and offline conversions.
- Identify growth opportunities through remarketing, new targeting segments, and seasonal trends.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to communicate performance and improvements.
- Collaborate with content, SEO, and design teams to improve ad relevance and landing page performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage and scale $50K+ monthly budgets effectively.
- Strong expertise in Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video Ads.
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, attribution models, and bidding strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Google Ads Certifications in Search, Display, Shopping, Video, or Measurement are a plus.
- Experience in eCommerce or lead generation marketing is preferred.
