HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is looking for a Senior Payroll Executive for one of its clients in the hospital industry.

Salary: PKR 150k - 165k/- with no additional benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a workforce of 10,000+ employees.
- Ensure accurate salary disbursements, compliance with taxation laws, and deductions.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records related to attendance, benefits, and compensation.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT departments to ensure payroll data integrity.
- Manage payroll audits, reconciliations, and resolve any discrepancies proactively.
- Generate timely payroll reports and share insights with management.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience handling payroll operations for large-scale organizations (10,000+ employees).
- Strong command of payroll systems, ERP tools, and Excel.
- Fluent in English — both written and spoken.
