Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll and HR operations for clients, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.
Oversee onboarding processes, attendance, leave tracking, and employee payroll documentation.
Handle tax declarations, Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, and other statutory requirements.
Use payroll software like Greythr, Zoho Payroll, Keka, and Paybooks to execute tasks efficiently.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant payroll and HR experience.
Knowledge of payroll laws and compliance requirements related to UAN, PF, and ESI.
Proficiency in payroll management software mentioned.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
