About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Manager to join the leadership team on a landmark sports development programme in Riyadh. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the successful delivery of a project that will define the future of sport and community engagement within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of integrated master schedules across multiple workstreams

• Oversee programme controls, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives

• Provide expert guidance on planning methodologies, performance tracking, and risk mitigation

• Engage with senior stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to drive progress and resolve issues

• Ensure accurate reporting and deliverables that support informed decision-making

• Champion best practice in project governance and planning excellence

About You

• 10+ years’ experience in planning and programme controls within major capital projects

• Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-phase developments—ideally within sports, entertainment, or large public infrastructure sectors

• Proficient in industry-standard planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6) and reporting systems

• Strong leadership, analytical skills, and stakeholder management capability

• A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Based in or open to relocation to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
