Senior Product Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Product Designer to lead and contribute to designing inspiring and impactful digital experiences for athletes, coaches, and sports administrators. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms, with a focus on innovation and usability in the sports-tech domain.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and user-centric UI and UX flows for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual mock-ups.
• Lead or participate in design brainstorming sessions and sprints to drive creative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs accordingly.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and style guides for a consistent user experience.
• Stay abreast of global product design trends, especially in sports and technology sectors.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to elevating design practices within the team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong passion for UI/UX design and interest in sports-tech products.
• Proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Ability to transform ideas into clear, delightful, and user-friendly designs.
• Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and accessibility.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
• A proactive team player open to feedback and collaboration.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating past work (professional or personal), preferably including web and mobile design projects.
• Experience in mentoring or leading design teams is a plus (required for Senior Designer role)

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
