Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in steel fabrication and production management. The ideal candidate should be able to manage shop-floor activities, ensure timely production, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations in the fabrication unit
• Plan production schedules and meet targets
• Manage manpower and allocate tasks effectively
• Ensure quality inspections and compliance with safety norms
• Coordinate with design, quality, and procurement teams
• Implement process improvements for efficiency

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes
• Experience in welding, cutting, and assembly operations
• Ability to lead a production team
• Good communication & problem-solving skills
