Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Program Manager (PgMP Certified)
to lead complex, multi-project initiatives within our telecommunications portfolio. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end program delivery — from strategic planning to execution — ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Strategy

Lead multiple interrelated telecom projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology roadmaps.

Translate strategic objectives into executable plans with clear milestones, KPIs, and success metrics.

Drive governance frameworks and ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder & Communication Management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and product management.

Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure timely delivery and performance compliance.
Execution & Delivery Excellence

Oversee program scope, schedule, budget, and quality across all projects.

Identify and mitigate risks, implement corrective actions, and maintain transparent reporting.

Ensure seamless coordination between network infrastructure, IT systems, and customer solutions.
Financial & Performance Management

Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.

Monitor financial performance, ROI, and value realization across initiatives.

Support cost optimization, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
People & Leadership

Mentor and guide project managers and team leads to enhance delivery capability.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Lead with strategic insight, data-driven decisions, and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Master’s degree (MBA or Project Management specialization) preferred.
Certifications:
-
PgMP® (Program Management Professional)
— required.
-
PMP®, ITIL®, or Agile certification — a plus.
Experience:
-
10+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 5 years in telecom or ICT sectors.

Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar programs across infrastructure, network deployment, or digital transformation.

Strong understanding of telecom technologies (e.g., 5G, Fiber, OSS/BSS, IoT, Cloud).

Expertise in MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools.
