Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer specializing in Aluminum and Façade Systems to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple façade and glazing projects from planning to completion, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise, site coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee aluminum and façade projects from initiation through handover
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to fully understand project scope
• Prepare material take-offs, cost estimates, technical submittals, and method statements
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve technical challenges
• Supervise on-site work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and HSE standards
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, variations, and provide regular status reports
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Identify site issues and take corrective/preventive actions to minimize delays
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and company policies

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in aluminum, façade, and glazing projects
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing works
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
