Overview

To support the execution of complex customer projects by leading coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication activities, ensuring project delivery is aligned with scope, timeline, and quality expectations.

Key Accountability Areas

• Order Handover and Documentation - Participate in the order handover process, ensure receipt and verification of all required documentation, maintain up to date project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Communication - Act as the main point of contact between internal departments and the customer during execution phases; support and lead customer kick off meetings.
• Risk Management - Identify potential project risks, contribute to mitigation plans, monitor risks, and elevate critical issues.
• Project Planning and Coordination - Coordinate internal teams to build and track project plans, milestones, and deliverables; align design approvals and timelines; coordinate material planning with procurement.
• Scope, Schedule, and Cost Management - Assist in managing project changes, ensuring technical and commercial impacts are considered; monitor progress and alert PM of risks.
• Customer and Manufacturing Coordination - Coordinate FAT/OOB scheduling and execution with manufacturing and customer teams; support OBD scheduling and communication.
• Invoice and Financial Coordination - Follow up on invoice status, coordinate with finance and sales.
• Project Delivery - Ensure timely execution of assigned project tasks and contribute to overall project delivery success.

Additional Responsibilities (Performance Delivery)

• Deliver planned activities per operational and development targets as per schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within cost and time.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution status.
• Problem solving and escalation of complex operational issues.
• Ensure quality control processes and specifications for products or processes.
• Coordinate processes, policies, procedures, and automate as much as possible.
• Compliance with policy, procedures, and work instructions.
• Health, Safety, and Environment compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant field.
• 5 to 10 years of work experience.
• Ad Hoc Reporting experience.
• Well organized, detail oriented; project communication, project management, methodology, planning, quality assurance, tracking and reporting.
