Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to lead and deliver complex, large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects while ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate communication across internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring consistent project updates and expectations management.
• Drive decision-making and resolve project-related issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and mitigate project risks.
• Oversee vendor relationships and third-party dependencies, where required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
• 10+ years of experience managing IT and software development projects with proven success in delivering complex initiatives.
• Mandatory project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, PMI-ACP ).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
