Project Manager – Low Voltage (LV) & Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Low Voltage (LV) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV)systems to lead complex engineering and construction projects from presales to final delivery. This role focuses on electrical installations, automation, fire alarm systems, security systems, BMS, access control, structured cabling, telecommunications, and integration of smart technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage LV/ELV project lifecycle: presales, design coordination, planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover
• Prepare cost estimates, evaluate technical and commercial bids, and recommend optimized solutions
• Lead multidisciplinary LV/ELV teams and supervise subcontractors
• Oversee project schedules, procurement, materials delivery, and site execution
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless system integration
• Monitor budget, profitability, risks, and contract obligations
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, logs, and payment certificates
• Manage testing, inspections, and acceptance procedures for LV/ELV systems

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Low Voltage / Extra Low Voltage project management
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field
• Experience with FIDIC contracts is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of LV/ELV infrastructure: fire detection, CCTV, IP networks, access control, public address, BMS, structured cabling, UPS, automation systems
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and reading electrical/ELV drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Advanced English; B driver’s license
