Role Purpose

Promote and sell the company’s real estate projects (off-plan and ready), guiding customers through the full sales journey and achieving assigned sales targets while representing the developer’s brand and standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote assigned projects to prospective buyers through calls, meetings, and events.
  • Conduct client needs analysis and match them with suitable units, layouts, prices, and payment plans.
  • Arrange and conduct project presentations, show apartment/site visits, and launch event walkthroughs.
  • Negotiate and close deals in line with approved pricing, discounts, and policies.
  • Coordinate with Reservations, Contracts, Finance, and Customer Care to ensure smooth booking, SPA issuance, and collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in the CRM system.
  • Share feedback from clients and agents with the Sales and Development teams to support product, pricing, and campaign decisions.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in property sales with a well known real estate developer.
  • Proven track record in off-plan or project-based sales.

Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, target-driven.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of master plans, unit mix, and payment plans.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
