We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dubai’s real estate market, particularly in off-plan sales, and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales of Zimaya’s premium property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell Zimaya’s off-plan and ready properties to potential buyers.

Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and digital platforms.

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours for clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and investors.

Understand clients’ needs and provide strategic property investment advice.

Collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries and leads.

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming project launches.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and contracts related to sales transactions.
Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales in Dubai, preferably in off-plan projects.

Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market, RERA regulations, and industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).

RERA certification is an advantage.

Multilingual candidates (Chinese speakers) are highly preferred.
