🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior Quality Engineer – Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia

Are you an experienced Quality Engineer with a strong technical background in the Defence or Land Vehicle Manufacturing industry? This is your opportunity to join a leading organisation in the defence sector that’s driving innovation and excellence in engineering and manufacturing.

🔧 Role Overview:

As a Senior Quality Engineer , you will ensure all products and processes meet the highest quality standards. You’ll be responsible for quality system implementation, audits, supplier assessments, and continuous improvement across operations. We need someone who has Experience from the Defence Industry, particularly Land Domain, hands-on 4* 4 Military Vehicle. This job is for RSLF 4*4 CORE TEAM.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and root cause analysis (CAPA).
• Review technical drawings and specifications for compliance.
• Manage supplier quality and vendor qualification.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ISO / AS9100 / defense quality standards .

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in Quality Engineering within the Defence, Automotive, or Land Vehicle domain.
• Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and QA tools (FMEA, PPAP, 8D, SPC).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Saudi Nationality only
