Senior Quantity Surveyor

Pinnacle are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, who is looking for there next step into a commercial lead to guide, develop and manage staff and over see a large highways maintenance projects based in Waltham Forrest.

• Preparing detailed Bill of Quantities and cost estimates
• Managing and overseeing all stages of the project life cycle, from inception to completion
• Conducting site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with plans and contract terms
• Providing accurate and timely cost advice and financial reporting
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop procurement strategies
• Ensuring effective cost control and value engineering
• Negotiating contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Identifying and managing commercial risks

They are looking for a forward thinking Senior Quantity surveyor, who wants the chance to look for improvements and also develop staff. They are looking for someone who has experience working on Highway Maintenance Projects.

Salary is upto 75,000k + package.
