Senior Research Writer/QA

Responsibilities

• Review completed work submitted by writers to ensure it meets client requirements and adheres to internal quality standards.
• Proofread documents for grammar, structure, clarity, formatting, and citation accuracy.
• Ensure consistency in writing style and adherence to academic conventions while verifying the credibility and accuracy of references and cross-check in-text citations with the reference list.
• Assess submitted work for quality and compliance, and ensure required revisions are completed before final submission.
• Ensure content accuracy and quality by maintaining integrity across all deliverables and meeting submission deadlines.
• Work closely with writers and team leads to maintain an efficient workflow and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role within academic writing field.
• Strong command of English grammar, structure, and academic formatting styles.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to upholding high standards of written quality.
• Capable of performing effectively under pressure and delivering high-quality work within strict deadlines.
