Devmark is one of the UAE's leading development marketing and sales firms, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Administrator to oversee sales processes, ensure data accuracy, and support seamless coordination between developers, brokers, and internal teams. You'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our systems, improving workflows, and supporting the wider sales operations team to deliver excellence across every project.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date sales data across all Devmark projects, ensuring alignment between internal systems and approved sales reports.
Act as the main point of contact for developers without dedicated administrative support, managing buyer documentation, payments, and reservation agreements.
Coordinate between sales teams, brokers, and developers to ensure a smooth process from booking to invoicing.
Review and verify all sales documentation, including contracts, receipts, and ID copies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Support process efficiency by identifying gaps, standardising workflows, and assisting in the implementation of best practices.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on sales progression, flagging potential risks or delays to management.
Provide guidance and support to junior administrators, ensuring adherence to Devmark's standards and operational excellence.
Conduct or assist with training sessions for developers and internal teams on sales administration procedures and systems.
Key RequirementsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales administration, preferably within real estate or property development.
Strong understanding of sales documentation, payment tracking, and reporting processes.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple projects and systems.
Proficient in using CRM and project management tools (experience with is an advantage).
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, developers, and brokers.
A proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify process improvements and support standardisation.
